Do my clients see TheStakk anywhere? +
No. Domain, logo, colors, application name, emails and legal pages are all yours. Your clients work at your place, not ours, and we never contact them.
What happens when I hit my client cap? +
Nothing for your existing clients: they carry on working normally. You simply cannot create new ones until you move up a pack. The change takes two clicks and applies immediately.
How do I rebill my clients? +
However you want: you set your prices freely, and the dashboard gives you per-client consumption, exportable, ready to attach to your invoices. We are never inside your commercial relationship.
What if a client leaves, or I change pack? +
Credits distributed to a client can be recalled into your pool at any time. If you move down a pack, your existing clients stay active, no exceptions.
Why does each pack require a minimum plan? +
Because an agency pack without enough credit volume would give your clients an unusable experience in the first month. The minimum plan guarantees a credit base consistent with the number of clients the pack allows.
Can I make sure I never run out mid-month? +
Yes. Optional auto-top-up: you set a threshold and an amount, and the platform refills your credits automatically at the same flat rate, with a monthly safety cap you control. Every automatic purchase appears in your history like any other. Off by default — you enable it explicitly.
